Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This includes anything we received when you commented on or messaged our Instagram, Facebook or TikTok accounts.

How to ask

• Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data", or
• WhatsApp us on +92 328 7980345.

Tell us the name, mobile number, email or social media account you used with us, so we can find your details.

What happens next

• We reply within 7 working days to confirm your request.
• We then delete your details from our systems, including messages and comments we received through social media.
• We keep order records that the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires. Everything else is removed. See our privacy policy.

Comments you posted publicly on our Instagram, Facebook or TikTok pages can also be deleted by you at any time from the app itself.
